These terms apply to badlucklawrence.com and to the Bad Luck Lawrence Publisher, an internal tool that uploads our own videos to our YouTube, TikTok and Instagram accounts.

1. The content

Bad Luck Lawrence is an original animated comedy series. Episodes are produced with the help of AI tools and written and reviewed by people. Characters, artwork, scripts and videos are owned by Bad Luck Lawrence unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our content, but you may not re-upload or sell it without permission.

2. The Publisher

The Publisher is used only by the Bad Luck Lawrence team, on accounts we own. It is not a public service and no third-party accounts are connected to it. By using YouTube features through it we agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; we also follow the TikTok and Meta platform terms.

3. Acceptable use of the website

Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its infrastructure.

4. No warranty

The website and content are provided "as is", for entertainment. Bad luck shown in the episodes is fictional. Any resemblance to your own Monday is purely coincidental.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or content.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the latest version.
